This agreement sets forth the terms of the engagement by and between Bright Brain Learning, LLC (“BrightBrain”) and the individuals listed below, the nature of the services to be provided, as well as the individual’s responsibilities in connection with such services.

BrightBrain is a provider of in-home, one-on-one academic and SAT/ACT prep tutoring, specializing in improving aspects of students' Self-Motivation and Self-Regulated Learning. You wish to engage BrightBrain to provide tutoring at your home or in a public location during prescribed times mutually agreed upon by both parties in advance of the tutoring.

As compensation for said tutoring, client agrees to pay the amount outlined in our pricing page found here: www.brightbrainlearning.com/pricing

If paying with check or cash, please send an email to [email protected] to make a special arrangement.

Per this particular agreement, BrightBrain agrees to render tutoring hours to the "student" listed below.

· Your Credit Card info is kept only to ensure payments are processed on time or in an efficient manner. BrightBrain accepts other forms of payment, but your credit card info will still be required as a safeguard on behalf of BrightBrain Learning. · Your information is processed securely and safely through Stripe. We do not see any of your information on our end. · By electing to pay by credit or debit card, you authorize BrightBrain to safely and conveniently auto-debit your account for sessions from the past week. If there are any disputes regarding auto-debited sessions, we will address them in a timely and efficient manner.
